KaZAM accepts returns only in cases where there is a proven defect in material or workmanship.  KaZAM will provide parts and assistance as required due to manufacturer damage or defect not requiring complete return of KaZAM.  You must save the original packaging, including original box and all of its contents, for any returns.  

Please check dimensions of bike before ordering to ensure product will be a suitable fit for the age/size of your child.
