It’s very large and very heavy for a 20” bike. I even took this to a bike shop to have them help and they were perplexed at the large size for the description. To return this bike is expensive and overall disappointed.

We haven't been able to let our son ride the bike more than around the driveway as the foot pegs to allow him to cruise were not included. Customer service quickly sent the pegs out when I contacted them, but they do not fit on the wheels and spokes as the video instructs. I have contacted customer service 4 more times about this and have been given different case numbers with a "we'll look into it" and nothing else. The bike is good quality and we would be very happy if it had come with all the correct parts the first time. As is my son can't really ride it so we are not happy at all.
