ZERO STARS Do not waste your money or time. This seat is wobbly and unsafe. Tried to return and their customer service agents were untruthful and stole my money.

Another review stated my experience perfectly: "It was easy enough to install but even after I took it to a bike shop and spoke with “professionals” as suggested by Kazam, the seat still flexes and wobbles toward the left. It’s hard to get the dash unhooked to remove the baby and the shoulder straps don’t stay up over the top of her shoulders. I should’ve returned this right away." The wobbly mount is super disconcerting when you are riding. My brother has another brand's version of this exact seat (or maybe an earlier version of this brand idk) and it does not wobble. Will probably get the Thule Yepp Mini instead.

This seat is great. Got it to take 1yr old grandkid. Kid likes it. Easy to talk to and keep an eye on the little one. Big plus is seat pulls off in a second with one hitch pin so roof racking the bike is not a problem.
